This mod will install 3 new objects that are retextures of the in-game duster, the sheriff hat and the NCR glasses. Simply rebalences the Sheriff's Duster and Hat to have DT compairable to other early game armor. From Modoc to Megaton, when you wear this, you are the law. It does not provide any Damage Threshold but provides a bonus +5 to Science.
